Betsy, President of Cuddy Insurance, has been with the company since 1986. She has over 30 yearsβ experience in both personal and commercial insurance. She completed her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) training and received designation in 2014. Betsy is the third generation owner of Cuddy Insurance Agency, which remains the only family owned and operated agency in town.
Betsy is a trustee of the North Brookfield Savings Bank and volunteers at many other organizations with the community.
Betsy earned her Bachelorβs degree from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Co. and currently resides in Petersham, MA with her husband.

Heidi has been a Customer Service Representative at Cuddy Insurance Agency for over 20 years. She has over 35 years of experience in personal lines focusing primarily on Massachusetts auto and homeowners insurance.
Heidi remains busy outside of work and is passionately involved with many local town and church activities.

Tony joined the agency in January of 2018. Prior to joining Cuddy Insurance, he worked for MAPFRE Insurance Company for 4 years. He is the 4th generation to work at Cuddy Insurance Agency and is Betsyβs youngest son.
Tony is a 2014 graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, where he majored in business.
Tony resides in Rutland, Ma., with his wife, Brittany, and 2 sons, Jack and Jayce.

Cassie is the newest addition to the team here at Cuddy Insurance Agency Inc. She previously worked for MAPFRE Insurance for 3 years, while also working towards her recent graduation from UMass Amherst with a degree in Business.
